Went apartment hunting and had the opportunity meet Roxanna and the team. She was very helpful, gave us a tour, explained everything very well. The team was very understanding and answer all questions we had, very patient when signing the lease. Very grateful with the new management, Super friendly, enjoying our new home. Tina went above and beyond to ensure I got my lease done and signed before the 1st of the month. I was pressed for time to find a place, and Tina kept in constant contact with me! Extremely professional in giving me the property tour and also showing me the potential unit that I eventually was able to occupy! Tina takes customer service to an elevated level! Highly recommend!
